Airpod Case broken

So when i put both my airpods in the case it flashes amber, i take my right airpod out and the left flashes amber but when i take the left out the right is solid amber. I’ve gotten replacement airpods and it still does this is it my case?

One AirPod flashes orange and doesn’t connect, while one is green and does. One of my AirPods when placed in the case flashes amber, while the other is normal and is green. I have charged them both equally and I have also done a thorough clean of the end of the airpod and the charging port in and outside the case. The AirPod no longer connects to my phone or other devices but the other one does. The marks in the case in this image are just sharpie as I had to mark it was mine within my family sorry.I have also tried a factory reset multiple times with no prevail. I would appreciate some help.

just received a new case and left airpod and I cannot pair the two airpods Cannot get blinking amber light to stop

Hmm, do the AirPods still work OK? If so, I wouldn't worry too much.
