iPhone 11 Pro Max Camera issues

iPhone 11 Pro Max’s front facing camera is not working (black screen). I have completed all troubleshooting steps including restarting and resetting the phone and it still doesn’t work. What else can be done? It is less than 3 months old and updates to the latest iOS.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support

If they don't resolve your issue, contact Apple Support directly:

Contact - Official Apple Support

Since it's an 11 Pro Max, unless you were one of the very first people to purchase one, it's likely still under warranty.
