Please can anyone tell me why my excel app has stopped working
My excel app has suddenly stopped working
iPad Air, iOS 12
Perhaps it's due to your current iOS version. Now Excel app requires iOS/iPadOS 13 or later, but unfortunately your 1st generatiion iPad Air cannot support iOS beyond 12.4.9, because of hardware incompatibility.
