iPad Mini (1st Gen) Acting erratically [GHOST TOUCH]

My old iPad mini 1st gen has been behaving erratically, I can't take it to the apple store (they're isn't any near me) and i can't take it apart (don't have the screwdriver) Is there any way i could solve this? I have read many articles about it and none of them have helped. Is there any way i can fix this? (P.S. It runs iOS 9.3.6)

If it's in a case (or even if it's not) take it out and clean it

the erratic behavior is sometimes caused by an issue with cellular or wi-fi connectivity. try moving closer to the wi-fi source.

I don't know what you read or did't read so I have no way of knowing if you tried any of this.
