This isn’t even a question I just want to let apple know that this haptics sound thing that keeps turning my music down for me ‘to protect my ears’ when I’m listening to music through my speakers is SO ANNOYING.
Let me turn this setting off. I’m listening through Bluetooth on speakers loudly in my house, it’s not dangerous. And even if I was listening on headphones, it’s none of your business if I hurt my ears. I like loud music.
Update to iOS 14.4 - it's fixed!
The new options in Bluetooth pairing now allow you to set all bluetooth audio devices (except Apple branded headphones) to Speaker, Car audio etc.
Tap the (i) next to the paired device and select the appropriate type.
You may have to delete the pairing and pair again.

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Reduce Loud Sounds
Is it marked Allow? If it is mark Don't Allow
That is not the fix.
Which is why the setting needs to be changed so you have the ability to turn it off. It’s made for one circumstance - listening through headphones - while disregarding how many other circumstances it may be appropriate to have music playing loudly through a phone. For example, it’s not good for the amp through which I play my music to be turned up max, it’s supposed to be kept at a quieter level, with music played into it through the phone at the max level. With this stupid apple setting, I’d need to turn my speakers up to max while my phone volume is lower, to keep the same volume. That’s really bad for my speakers, and doesn’t change how loud and ‘dangerous’ my music is playing.

Apple aren't here, only other users like yourself, some with an excellent sense of humour.
If you're using your phone as a source, or whatever Apple hardware it is, put it under that. Apple will read the feedback. they don't promise to read anything here, and off-topic threads frequently get pulled.
It doesn't matter what the source is.
The volume will be reduced.
You can thank the WHO for this ‘feature’ it’s enforced by law in certain areas of the world , and there’s nothing Apple can do about it
