Going to a specific time

In FCPX 10.4.10 is there a way to jump to a specific time in the timeline? For example; if I am 00:01:10:00 is there a way to jump to 00:13:25:xx without scrolling?

Background: After exporting a master file I view it on my 42" TV. Notebook in hand I stop the playback when I see something that needs to be corrected and write down the time and a description of the change that needs to be made in the next edit. Back in FCPX I scroll the timeline to get to that edit. Am wondering if there is a better way.
