Uninstall CCCleaner by following the developer's instructions. Cleaning apps are not needed on a Mac and they usually cause more problems than they solve.
Run Disk Utility First Aid on the drive. It wold be best to select the "Fusion Drive" to scan. Even if First Aid reports everything is "Ok" click on "Show Details" and check to see if there are any unfixed errors listed. If there are unfixed errors listed, then the drive will need to be erased and you will need to restore from a backup or clone.
If there are no unfixed errors, then try reinstalling macOS over top of itself which should not affect your apps or data. However, make sure to have a good backup just to be safe.
Run the Apple Diagnostics.
