Unable to load videos on iPhone 12 Pro

I have the same issue, however, I'm still able to watch the video if I open my camera app and scroll to the videos I want to watch.

how can i relay on the device to do my PROfessional videos?

so i could be making a video for a customer and sudently it is not oppening and i list o day of work?

I did all of these, and I keep getting the same message. I can't edit or import the video because it seems like it's damaged. Please advise.
