My Apple News subscription contains UK edition magazines when I purchased the subscription from the US Apps store and my Apple ID account is a US account. I cancelled the subscription and resubscribed but the magazines are still UK editions.

To start, we'd like to clarify a few things. When you try to purchase something in the News app, is it showing the subscription prices in the British pound symbol "£" instead of there US dollar symbol "$"? Do you see the same things with items in the iTunes Store and App Store, or is it only showing this way in the News app?
On your device in Settings > General > Language & Region, is it currently set to United States in the Region section?

I am seeing this issue also. I have checked the language and version info across all of my devices and I have all of my settings correct for US region. Additionally I am showing US $ in the News app for purchases.
note. Not all magazines are UK the two I noticed are SFX and PCGamer. While I know these are British owned I would prefer US version but if there is not one then that might explain issue
