Stolen Iphone from FedEx
So I ordered an iPhone 11 on Tuesday. Thursday I get an empty box delivered from FedEx, so I call Apple immediately to report issue. They tell me it takes up to 11 days to come up with a “determination” on whether it can be replaced or not. WHAT?! I understand the wait but if it’s not able to be replaced am I out of $700?
I’m wondering, is there something else that I can or should do? Has someone else had this problem recently? It’s disappointing that the thieves at FedEx are able to get away with this so easily.
