When I launch my MBP M1 language switching using fn button works normally, but in some time after launch this feature stops working, and I should reset my MBP to use this feature.
(fn button works, but it doesn't switch languages)
How can I solve this issue?

This "feature" with "Fn" button switch language mode often starts after closing-open MacBook M1:
FIX this:
Option 1:
Open terminal -> kill TextInputSwitcher
Close terminal
Tap by mouse cursor on language menu (top right corner), and change language few times. After "Fn" button will start work again automatically.
Option 2:
Open terminal -> kill TextInputSwitcher
then
cd
/System/Library/CoreServices/TextInputSwitcher.app/Contents/MacOS/
and
./TextInputSwitcher
caps lock is an important key, so I woundn`t change it. if apple fix the key, I'll have to get used to the other key again
I had been using windows laptops all my life. I am a new user of Mac laptops, this is my first one. And yeah, I often use caps when I type
I can switch language by other ways but i won't do it, because i have special button now :)

Did it work for you with Google Japanese in Catalina?
The check box is certainly present if you are using Apple's own Japanese IM's.
