Problems with office for students

Hi, I bought maybe one month ago a MacBook Pro 13, after I downloaded office (Microsoft 365) for student, but when I try to access with the app for the Mac but didn’t respond, I want to make it clear the my account of office go on on in internet, I think that is a problem of some Structuring of the Mac, now I add the message that appeared on my Mac. It is not a problem of my internet, because I use it for navigation ant it is very good, so need a answer very early, thanks all.
