My mac when connected to my iphone's hotspot fails to load certain website. It shows on Chrome "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" and for other websites "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" while on Safari "safari can't establish a secure connection" same occurs on iPhone. These websites were working fine a week ago.
Any connection from iPhone yo any system lead to this problem in system.
please help me out.

If we understand your post correctly, you're not able to load a specific website on your Mac or on your iPhone. You're using your iPhone as a Personal Hotspot when this occurs. We’d like to help.
We'll need to troubleshoot your iPhone first. Once your iPhone is able to load the website your Mac will be able to load it.
Follow the steps in this article:
If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
If you're still unable to load the site let us know if you are able to load other websites.

If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

I followed the link but this did not work. I have reset my phone once but that too, did not work.
For websites it shows "ERROR_CONNECTION_RESET and ""DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"" like I have mentioned earlier.
I tried google DNS but that did not lost long. So renew the lease and again on the same problem.

We'd like to ask a few questions so we can determine the best steps to take next. Does this happen with all websites? Is your iPhone able to load the website when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network?

It happens with a few websites with errors i.e https://sci-hub.se/ (ERRO_CONNECTION_RESET) https://sci-hub.tw/ (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN)
these websites previously were working fine but with time the problem was carried by many websites. When I used google DNS, a few websites worked but rest still don’t.
Sometimes with internet active, iPhone internet doesn’t work, shows ‘you internet is not active’ and after 2 or 3 min it automatically starts working.
also in iPhone, app “Spotify” keeps showing “connecting” and shows error related to Proxy and Firewall.

Do these websites load on your iPhone when you are using a different Wi-Fi network? If you are using any third party security software try loading the websites while it is disabled.

They load and work fine in iPhone and Mac on other Wifi network. It just doesn’t load on iphone data network and then any hotshot connected to it.
No, I’m not using any third party software.
