Photos timestamp problem with videos

Hello,

I have a few videos that I wanted to import into Photos, and I have changed the exif of them using the exiftool in order to assign the proper timestamp.

However, when I import them to Photos they are assigned to the wrong date, and specificaly to  28 april 190420.

I checked the exif and it looked fine, and did the process with a few photos without problems.

What can I do?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.15

If the Keys or UserData date tag lacks the timezone suffix like +02:00, Photos.app 6.0 scrambles the year to something like '5828963' or otherwise displays wrong date for m4v, mp4 and mov, and Photos.app 5.0 scrambles the year to something like '177294' for m4v and mp4.
