Mac OS Big Sur upgrade
I started upgrade to Mac OS Big Sur on my iMac 27” (2019) and walked away. Now it is stuck on a totally black screen with an active cursor. Help!
Leave it be for another hour or so, if it does not begin to install shut it down by holding the power switch until it shuts down. Then give it a few moments and hold down the power switch for about 10-15 seconds.
