AMD Radeon Pro 560 error

I have some issues with my MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) with two Graphic cards

Intel HD Graphics 630

AMD Radeon Pro 560 with 4GB of VRAM

The problem is that my laptop don't switch between the Intel card and the AMD Radeon Pro 560 graphic card. Every time that I try to open a software as fotos, Adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator or even vista previa, a kernel error appears, the computer get frozen and restart.

The error started with catalina and it is still appearing with BigSur, I've already formatted the computer and still there. I've tried to Uncheck “Automatic graphics switching” in the battery setup, but computer get frozen and restart. If I start it in "safe mode" the “Automatic graphics switching” is unchecked and I can use all the programs without issue. Hardware test is oK, no errors. Also I've installed the gfx card status software, and the computer restart if I try to switch the card.

I don't know how to solve the problem, is it related to hardware? drivers? software? How I can avoid to automatically switch to Radeon? I would really appreciate your help!!!
