Next to try is If your Apple TV won't connect to Wi-Fi
I’m having the same problem with my Apple TV 4. I tried all suggestions to no avail. I connected to my neighbors wifi and the problem persists. My Apple TV 3 connects to my wifi with no problem. Clearly not an issue with my wifi network or ISP but with the Apple TV 4 device. Did you find a solution?
Please do the following in this order:
1. Restart Modem.
2. Restart Router
3. Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
Yep. Did all of this, no luck.
What else can I do?
My phone and laptops connect to
My wifi network. No issues.
Tried all this, did not work. Still can’t connect to WiFi
You obviously have an issue with your Wi-Fi. Something you will need to troubleshoot. You should probably reset (not restart) your modem and router.
Not so obvious considering every other device in my home is using the WiFi with no problem including laptops and our other Apple TV...also, router and modem both have been restarted multiple times.
