I subscribed to Apple ONE PREMIER on Dec 5 which includes Apple Music Family Subscription. On December 11 I was charged for Apple Music Family Subscription. When I asked about a refund, Apple gave me refund for Apple Music BUT now I don't have access to Apple Music (despite having Apple ONE PREMIER).
How do I resolve? I thought the purpose of Apple ONE PREMIER was single price for access to multiple services?

"What's included with Apple One
Apple One includes a free 1-month trial for services that you don’t already have. After your free trial, services that you previously subscribed to are automatically included in Apple One. If you recently canceled a service, you might not be eligible for the free trial. Your plan automatically renews after the trial."
With that in mind, if you're using the one month trial of Apple One, this would not have included your Apple Music subscription, and cancelling that subscription would remove access to that service after being refunded.
Once your plan renews after the free trial, you should then have access to Apple Music through your Apple One subscription.

Apple usually excels at simplicity and being intuitive. This is complicated and fairly painful from a discoverability standpoint in my opinion.
For a user who knows they want to switch it is not simple. I don't need a "trail" of Apple ONE Premier. I thought by enrolling I would be paying for ONE Premier and not continuing individual subscriptions for a period of time AND THEN converting. Did not realize I signed up for "trial" of Apple ONE Premier. Therefore when I started seeing individual subscriptions, I thought something was messed up from billing perspective - which is not an uncommon experience in the industry.
So yes, this solved my question. Thank you. A bit of a frustrating experience however.
