After updating my MacPro (late 2013) to Catalina, I can’t see any server on my local network. The folder “network “ from finder looks empty and I can’t connect to my NAS, for example.

When you use the wired connection do you get an IP address in the same range?
If you do have you looked at the Advanced settings for that interface? For example is their a Proxy setting in place? One you’ve forgotten about perhaps? Have you ruled out a defective Ethernet cable? Have you tried eliminating a possible defective port on your router? What else have you tried in diagnosing non-internet access for wired connection?
Thanks, but that doesn't work. My local network is fully wired and I just discovered that if I turn off Ethernet and on WiFi everything works just fine. Nothing works other way around (i.e. if I use Ethernet, switching off WiFI).
I saw everything, Advance settings, proxy, bad Ethernet cable, defective port etc, but nothing works. My Pc laptop, wire connected to Lan, access Internet perfectly and sees other devices on LAN (NAS, printers, Sonos etc).
The Parallels virtual machine on my Mac Pro doesn't navigate and can't have an IP address from the router.
However, my LAN is in the 192.168.0.1-254 range.
Yes, the DHCP give me an address in the same range (indeed, everytime the same because is reserved). Everything worked fine with High Sierra, the previous OS...
I got it. I unplugged my Ethernet cable from port1 to Ethernet 2 et voilà. Everything works like a charm. I can see the whole LAN.

What IP address is your local network handing out? System Preferences > Network:
Click on Advanced and it should look something like the below. Yours will probably be in the 192.168.x.xxx range.
