My purchase couldn't complete (itune giftcard and used fake address to use itune giftcard)

I changed my apple id address to use the itune giftcard, after 1 purchase I decided to wait not just spend all my money in 1 day, after a few days I wanted to buy something but it said my purchase couldn't complete something like that, I use android so I don't know how to fix this and the iPhone I was using was my sister's old phone, I can't change my address if i didn't use all the money in my account, I cant change anything, I tried restart and sign out and sign back my apple id and also check if the screen time was on or off, please answer my question I'll really appreciate it if you did.
