Orange dot won't turn off on my iPhone

I have checked the Control Center, closed all the apps and restart my iPhone, but the orange dot on the corner does not turn off as is it is stuck there. I'm almost 100% sure that nothing uses my mic but the dot doestn't turn off. It also looks doesn't look like the regular orange dot that shows mic. I'll reset my phone but I want to find a solution instead of reseting. Here are the screenshots:
