Album track list is invisible in Music app on Apple TV

When I open an album in my Apple Music library using the Music app on my Apple TV, the track list doesn’t show up. There is a horizontal white bar where the first track should be (as if the first track was highlighted) and an empty gray area below that. If I scroll up and down, the white bar follows as if the tracks were there, and sometimes some of the track names will become visible as I scroll but not always and never all of them. If I click, a track will play but the track info still doesn’t show up.

I have two Apple TVs in the house and both have this problem. They are both 1080p HD running tvOS 14.2 (18K57). The problem does not occur on my iPhone or iPad.

If I browse Apple Music and open an album (i.e. outside my library) the album track list appears correctly. Also if I open a playlist in my library the track list appears as expected. The problem only happens with albums in my library.

So far I’ve tried the following: restart the Music app, restart the Apple TV, power off/on the Apple TV, forget and reconnect to my wifi network, check for software updates (there were none) and factory reset. Nothing worked.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
