Music app crashes on Apple tv when clicking on the video. The apple Tv fourth generation is updated to the latest version. I have singed out from cloud and store as it mentioned but noting seems to work. I used to be able to see music video from Music App on my Apple TV. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Music Videos from the Apple Music subscription play fine for me. I can’t replicate your issue.

Try this for any misbehaving pre-installed app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
