Apple TV running slow

I have high speed internet service (940MBS)/fiber optic, but I get the spinning ball when trying to stream Netflix. My Apple TV device is 4th generation, A1625. What's the problem?

Is this issue restricted to the Netflix app?

Try this for any misbehaving app:


Have you verified what the Apple TV box can receive using the Speedtest app? If there is an issue on your home network, then that would be reflected in this measurement.
