HomeKit Automations Not Working Anymore

Every since my wife and I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max last week, the HomeKit automations are no longer working. We are able to control all of the devices with no problem; however, the automations such as when leaving the house, turn off the lights and when returning, activate the arrive home scene are not working. They worked just fine before we upgraded our phones. Is there a fix for this?

HomeKit scene failing I arrived home from holiday to find that my ‘Arrive Home’ automation had turned on (it’s set up to switch on via my iPhone location). I have deleted the scene and set it back up and it shows ‘Failed’ when I hit the button in the home app, any ideas please??
