Hi,
Estonia, Swedbank -s Master Card expired, but I can't add new one. After inserting the card details, notification is shown:
after clicking done, next notification is shown:
and then new window opens and endless message is shown:
No matter what iTunes is used (osx/windows) or iPhone/iPad, the process always ends with "Contacting Card Issuer".
How to fix it?
After sending messages with screenshots and details, finally both local banks fixed the issue few days later. So I suggest that You contact with Your bank and explain them the situation (ask bank developers to add/change payment method) and hopefully they will fix it.
So it wasn't Apple's problem as you claimed 20 minutes ago, but the issue was with the banks and they are who fixed the issue!
If it is Apple's fault, why was it the bank that fixed it on their end??????????
Absolutely not. Paying customers cannot be expected to do the errands of apple and the banks. We're not the QA team for apple's webshop.
