Apple Watch activation lock

My old Apple ID account is deleted because someone had hacked my email. It says I still need to use that ID and password to log into my watch but it no longer exists and won’t let me use my new account to verify the activation lock. What do I do?

Remove activation lock from Apple Watch Hello, So i have an old apple watch. And i want to use it again. After I connected it, it said it had an activation lock. So my watch is in activation lock. My phone it is connected to broke and I can’t turn off activation lock as I don’t know the Apple ID password or email. What can I do about this? How can I fix an Apple Watch in activation lock without knowing Apple ID password and can’t change it?
