iPad Air 4 backlight bleed problem

I was interested in buying an iPad Air 4 but I’m hearing A LOT of reports online that the iPad Air 4 has a common backlight bleed problem.

One person even mentioned that they’ve had 4 replacements already and they all had the same problem - a white light around the screen noticeable when the brightness is up relatively high and there are black borders such as when watching a movie or YouTube video.

This has really put me off buying one and I won’t unless I can be sure the problem has been fixed.

Does anyone here have the same problem or are there lots of people that are unaffected?

Also why can’t I select iPad Air 4 as the device I wish to talk about? Does Apple know about this problem and want to silence the community?
