I recently upgraded to iPad Pro 11-Inch 2nd Generation, but my Apple Pencil doesn't appear to be compatible. Is there something I am missing? The pencil was $100 and the new version is $130. I enjoy Apple products, but this isn't the first time an upgrade means I've wasted money on peripherals that no longer work. Please advise.

Apple Pencil is not interchangeable between models of iPad. If Apple Pencil is supported, you can use either the first or second generation of Pencil, but not both.
