Can I use my Apple TV app on my new LG TV to access this? I access Apple TV plus directly through my TV.
I also have a series 4 watch, iPhone, iPad, etc.... but want to work out with the video on my TV

Looking at this Apple resource, it requires an Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, but if your LG TV supports AirPlay, you could AirPlay the workout from your iPad or iPhone to your LG TV:
