I have a iPad Pro Gen 3 and I’m trying to down load the fitness App. I receive an error that say “this app requires specific features not available on this device”. I don’t see a requirement other that being on iPadOS which the device is running.
Any help would be appreciated.

You need a compatible iPhone paired to an Apple Watch series 3, linked to a compatible iPad to download this app.
You cannot simply install this app with only iPad alone.
I have since learned that the issues with being able to download this app are on Apple's end.
You will just need to be patient while responsible Apple employees sort the issue/s out.
I have a compatible iPhone (12 pro) with 14.3 installed, iPad Pro with 14.3 and a series 5 Apple Watch with 7.2. They are all connected to the same Apple ID. Still unable to download on my iPad. Any other ideas?
