Camera blue tint background

My wife uses her iPhone X and a small light box to take photos of jewelry. The object color is fine however, the background always had a blue tint to it. She wants a nice crisp white background. The filters are off. Any suggestions

I have the same issue. I use a tv as my background while streaming on Instagram. Whether I use the app or The regular camera on the phone any white on my television comes up as blue. I’ve tried adjusting the settings on the television and on the phone. I can get slightly better results but I can never get White to show up as just white. If I use an android I don’t have this issue. I did find out that by going to the color calibration tuner on the television and cutting out blue completely it fixes the issue except now there’s no blue.I thought this whole time it was the television but again I can use an android and I don’t have this problem.
