how can I use the ECG feature on my series 6 watch however it is not supported I’m my region and I still want to use it

The ECG feature needs your country's Health Authority permission.
Apple is not going to break the law because of that.
At the moment there are 48 countries where ECG is allowed.

Taiwan is the latest country included in iOS 14.3.
I think that you got a point and you are right but it might take a life time to be authorized her. So I am hoping to find any other way to change this because Apple product is not that cheap and it’s double the price of any other product in here and what’s make me buy it. Is that I am convinced it's the best operating system ever
Thats why Apple should find a legal way for them and for us. This is a health features and we only responsible for our health by using the methods we see it good for us to check our health.

There's nothing we can do. Our only option is to let the authority knows.
As said 48 countries have ECG permitted, as you know the health legal system is not very fast.

I can't use the feature that lets me add my transit card to Apple Cash on my iPhone. It's not supported in my region. So, so should I not buy an iPhone?
I didn’t say anything about breaking the law, why they don’t just say the it’s not supported in your country due to health authorities permissions but u can’t still use it under your own responsibility in front of your authority and without any slightest responsibility from Apple

Because it is against the law for Apple to include that feature in hour country at this time. The issue is not what you're allowed to do. The issue is what Apple is not allowed to do.
I didn’t say that but the Apple Cash feature is not important as the ECG feature beside that their at other features that is not supported in here and I don’t mind that like the walki-taki and the Apple Pay feature which I hope that it be authorized in my region but do u think is they are important as the ECG
Here's an analogy. Pharmaceutical companies are not allowed to sell antibiotics without a doctor's prescription in my country. It doesn't matter that I might have the knowledge to take them wisely. They just aren't allowed. If they tried to sell them to me without a prescription, they would be in a great deal of legal trouble.
There is no legal way for Apple to do what you want except wait for approval.

I'm Australian and I have Watch Series 4, 5 and 6 and ECG is also not allowed here.
I also wished it will change since 2018.
I hope they become faster after the COVID-19or they will never be able to achieve anything fast ever
