Unable to open the "Send to Kindle" app since upgrade to BigSur

I am unable to open the "Send to Kindle" app since the recent upgrade to Big Sur. I am receiving this message

I tried clicking right clicking on the file and changing the permissions (see below), but I am still receiving a message. Note: I am logged on as the administrator. I am the only user of this desktop.

With Monterey, apps from Office 365 "File-Share-Send as PDF" has stopped working. Picking up on a months old thread that's now closed - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253321889 , the issue is exactly as the title says. Office 365 apps (Word, PowerPoint etc.) fail to do anything when asked to "File > Share > Send as PDF". All that happens is that the app + Monterey makes a little "pop" sound as it fails to launch the email ... I was on Monterey 12.2, but as of today, 12.2.1 and the issue remains. The machine is an Intel iMac 2017. Everything is freshly installed, rebooted yada, yada.

When I click on a link in Mail I now get "this application can't be opened" -10826 When I click on any hyperlink in an email (in Apple Mail) I now get message: This application can't be opened -10826 This just started yesterday. I'm running Big Sur 11.5.1 Any ideas anyone?

Mail in Monterey changes the Mode with a blue box outline -- why? In mac OS Monterey, when I tab through messages in Mail, a blue box now appears that encloses the entire inbox. It allows me to tab, but I can't delete a message unless I select each message with the mouse. This is a huge time waste as I receive and skim hundreds of messages several times a day as I review mailing lists. What is the purpose of the "blue box?" Why does it change the mode of the Inbox? Does it add any value? If not, can I turn it off? Thanks!

I had the same issue, just delete this app from mac and install it again from Amazon web page.
