iPhone 11 speakerphone cut out

On calls using my speakerphone my voice cuts out on the other callers phone when there is any talking or background noise on my side. Am I get my phone replaced with a working model?

Is there a fix yet? If not can the customers who bought these defect devices please have some compensation or the offer of a new for old phone? A 12 would be better than this to be honest.
