Make sure you have the latest iOS on your device. It is iOS 14.3 just released today. It addresses wireless charging issues.

Still issues even after latest updates.
If you search the forum, there is another longer thread that people are posting to about having issues with the iPhone 12 series. I've got an iPhone 12 Pro and have not experienced any issues with my Belkin Qi Wireless charging pad. It had worked just fine with my iPhone 11 Pro, and continued to work when I got the iPhone 12 Pro and is still working just fine. It seems many have reported that if the iOS update did not work, that many reported doing a force restart on the iPhone has fixed it. However, there still seem to be a few users still experiencing the problem. It is not known if Apple is working on anything, and we won't know unless they announce anything.
