Office 365 Mac Connection

Good Morning,


I am sitting with a problem my ICT Department cant resolve. I am running Big Sur with Office 365 package. As soon as my computer connect to our work network i am failing to send and receive mails. Any external network runs 100%.


My security protocols at work does not block any connection.


Outlook is connected but no response - Message Last Sync at 12:00

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.0

Might be a better question asked of Microsoft.


Does your work network require connection through a proxy server? It's possible (but I don't know for sure) that Outlook uses separate proxy settings from the Network System Preferences.
