REQuesting a subscription fee reversal

Hello I was told systems are down atm and was suggested to come here and request for one on here

I deleted an app and didn’t realize I didn’t unsubscribe so I got charged for an app I don’t use anymore

could I please get that 45.99 reversed back into my bank account please
