High temperatures

I am gaming on my MacBook Pro 13inch 2019 (lowest specs) and I want to know if Fortnite for example can harm my cpu as it sits at roughly 95 to 100 degrees c.

is thermal throttling going to be able to keep my device cool enough to prevent permanent damage?

thanks for all replies and my Mac is plugged in all the time btw

Yes, but so that the entire bottom surface is lifted up 3/4 inch or more. Then the entire bottom plate can become a convector.

I had a Gigabit Ethernet switch in a metal enclosure that was running really hot, and added double rubber feet to lift it up in a similar way, and now it runs much cooler. The entire bottom surface became part of the overall cooling.
