Wi-Fi Incompatible - Homepod setup

Hi I have been using the Homepod for almost 1 year. Just try to setup the homepod in our new house and cant get it done because of Wi-Fi that is supposed to be incompatible....?

iPhone 11 Pro Max as iOS device on latest IOS 14,3


Anyone there to help me?

Is your Wi-Fi set up with WPA/WPA2 and with any client isolation feature turned off? See If you can’t set up HomePod - Apple Support. Note that:


  • HomePod doesn't support public or subscription networks with sign-in requirements. These networks are often in places such as businesses, schools, dorms, apartments, hotels and shops.
