HP 6980 not recognized since Big Sur

I have 3 Mac mini's and 1 HP Deskjet 6980 in my lan. In Catalina (all 3 ) works fine. 3 updates to Big Sur. 2 working great (HP in local wifi or lan). One Mac mini does not recognize HP (thinks it is a PCL laser printer) and prints only black/white, no colors. Duplex recognized. How to fix? Mac mini's are all of the same "generation", late 2014. I7 and I5 intel. The one giving problems has a ssd. The other 2 a fusion 1TB drive
