Transferwise not working.

I cannot pay anything with my debit card issued by Transferwise, using Apple Pay. I removed and added the card again, and still not working. It has money. I can use the card on contactless payments, but not inside apple pay. There is no details on error, it is similar as the fingerprint auth not working. Just a red ! is being shown.

Which number I should call? To talk with Apple about Apple Pay? I live in Sweden but I am abroad now.
