Instagram camera delay

Hey i have a problem with the camera when I use instagram, it has a very annnoying delay of like 1 second and i cant record videos of cause of that delay. I already deleted and installed the app, upgraded ios and it keeps w delay.

help please is very annoying

I push the record button for recording then it changes camera I mean Iphone 11 pro has 3 camera as you know and it starts normal camera 1 then it zaps to 0,5 camera. Instagram camera zoomed in I have an iphone XR and the instagram camera is zoomed in. I have the last update and I reinstalled the app to see if the problem solve, but nothing. This problem is just on instagram. Please help me, cause I can’t find anywhere the solution😭
