NAS Mounted Drives keep disconnecting / connecting

Hey everyone, I have a Synology DS916+ NAS that has been mounted to my iMac for 5+ years now and has never had any issues. For past the past few months the two shared drives I've created and mounted on my iMac are disconnecting & connecting constantly and leaving hard drive icons all over my desktop. I cannot remove them without restarting my iMac and they are not listed under the Volumes when looking from terminal. This never used to happen and I'm not sure what has changed / updated to have this start happening. (Screenshot attached)

Any help would be appreciated as this is causing problems when trying to access my Lightroom and Plex libraries. Driving me nuts and not sure who to try and troubleshoot this.

Details below:

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013

macOS Catalina v. 10.15.7

Synology DS916+

DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 2

Thanks in advance,

Mike
