HomePod mini will not play a playlist

I am getting a response from Siri that says. “Looks like Apple Music can’t play that” message on new HomePod mini.when asking to play a playlist. I can play this on other devices including my other HomePod by asking Siri. It seems tied to a specific playlist. I do have the “Allow explicit material” setting on.

See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support and check for any cloud status icons against these particular playlists.
