My iPod is years and years old and was initially set up with an appleID for which I have no access. How can I transfer the songs I have on it to my iPhone? I've been trying for hours and can't figure it out. Thanks

Technically, you can't sync two devices which are using the different ID. You need to download songs from iPod to computer and then send them to your iPhone.

The music on the iPod was purchased using a different Apple ID. You can't transfer purchases between Apple IDs.
