Final Cut Pro Export Blurry

I'm a teacher trying to make a virtual choir video. I uploaded an mp3 file and added a background (with movement) and text directly from FCP. The only thing I imported and added was the mp3 file. When I exported it, the text and background were blurry, but the audio was fine. Things I learned from other questions on here that I did on mine and it still came out blurry:

Optimized/Original is checked
Exporting to Master File
Format: Audio/Video
I tried almost every codec including H.264
My resolution is 1920x1080

I'm frustrated because I paid a lot of money for this app and it's not even exporting it clearly. If anyone has any advice or could help, please let me know. Thank you!

I tried it without the 3D text and it's perfectly clear. So I guess I'll just switch it to that, but it's unfortunate that a feature can't be exported clearly. Unless they want you to buy more apps to help compress it or something.

Was the background a video, or something else? What was its resolution?

Thanks for responding! The background is a blue animated background found under Generators > Backgrounds. The text is 3D. Do I have to have set up my project in 4K for these features to work? If so, is there a way to change the settings after I've already finished my project?

Since there is a high resolution and 3D graphics rendering, it could simply be a playback issue. You might try to restart the computer, especially if you have been editing the video.

What OS and FCP versions are you using? Exactly which animated background are you using? Which 3D title is it? Can you perhaps post a screenshot of the timeline? Does it look blurry in the Viewer in FCP before you export?
