Small white dot on iPhone screen

A small white dot appears on the top left on my iPhone screen next to the signal that only appears when one specific SIM card is entered. I'm not sure what it means. I've put the same SIM into different model iPhones and it appears on those as well. Does anyone know what it means? Thanks
