Mac Mini M1 2020 - How Many 4K displays?

Quick question... how many 4K displays can you run from the new 2020 M1 Mac Mini? I currently have 2x 32" Samsung 4K screens, plus an old 28" 4K Samsung screen and I'd love to be able to run all 3 if technically supported.

I currently connect the 32" screens to my MBP 2019 using USB-C to HDMI cables (no adaptor).

Therefore, I had hoped to use 2x USB-C to HDMI cables for the 32" screens leaving the HDMI port free for use with my 28" screen. Will that approach work?

No the M1 Mac Mini only supports 2 displays.

One display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz connected via Thunderbolt and one display with up to 4K resolution at 60Hz connected via HDMI 2.0
