M1 Macbook pro compatibility with 2 Displays A1407 27" monitors will it work?

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my MBP 2015, but i use the 27" monitors A1407 linked up & using the thunderbolt to the mac. Before I buy the New M1 MBP will it work with an Adaptor? I don't want to Buy a New MBP if i find the Displays don't work. which is what i'm reading that it won't work.

Thanks In Advance

From: https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro-13/specs/

"Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at millions of colors and:

  • One external display with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz"

Here is one article explaining how to do it:

https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/how-connect-two-or-more-external-displays-apple-silicon-m1-mac-3799794/

It will have it's own limitations, and I don't know how well it will work.

And seeing it is not officially supported, the workaround might be broken by an update down the road.

My advice would be to buy based on what is officially supported.

Maybe wait and see if the new apple silicon macs coming out this year have support for more if you don't want to go for an intel mac.
